The proposal reimagines sustainable living as a visible, interactive experience. Water management is integrated into every scale of the architecture, from angled roofs and reed beds at each home to a site-wide system of collection and filtration. Public space is animated by water’s movement, promoting awareness and engagement. Shared streets, varied housing types, and communal green spaces create a resilient, playful, and environmentally attuned neighbourhood.
