Justin Frank

Architect

BSc (Hons) MSc PGCert ARB

Justin holds valuable expertise in infrastructure design and is dedicated to optimising workflows. 

A bridge specialist, Justin is interested in the design of context-specific structures that embed into their environment over time. At Moxon he is involved in many of our European projects including bridges in Germany and Norway, ensuring each one creates a positive impact on its surrounds. 

Previously at WilkinsonEyre, Justin worked on Battersea Power Station and the new HS2 transport hub in West London, Old Oak Common. 

Following his undergraduate degree at the University of Bath, Justin moved to the Netherlands to complete his Master’s in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences at TU Delft, where his thesis explored architecture as an ongoing, community-led process.  

A member of the British Gymnastics TeamGym Technical Committee, Justin has judged at a number of European Gymnastics Championships. 

Justin Frank is based at the London office.
