This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and reconfiguration of a listed property in North London to create a high-quality single-family home.

Additional accommodation has been provided in a new basement, while bedrooms and bathrooms remain on the upper floors. The second floor was sensitively reconfigured to preserve the original roof profile while increasing the amount of habitable space.  External changes significantly improving light, access, and connectivity between the house and garden.
